Tees Valley Combined Authority
The Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) is a regional government body in North East England that coordinates economic development, transport, skills, and infrastructure strategy across the Tees Valley area. It represents a partnership between five local councils and is led by a directly elected mayor.
