One of British music’s more unconventional double acts is heading to Stockton after more than five decades of performing together.

John Otway and Wild Willy Barrett bring their Alive and Gigging tour to ARC Stockton on Friday 11 September at 7.30pm.

The pair have built a long-running live around Otway’s energetic stage presence and Barrett’s multi-instrumental musicianship. Their shows move between songs, comedy and some decidedly unusual instruments.

Tickets are listed at £22 including booking fee. The show is suitable for ages 14 and over, with under-16s required to attend with an adult.

ARC also offers a companion ticket scheme where a companion is needed as an access requirement.

Middlesbrough Transporter Bridge opened on 17 October 1911. Its moving platform let people and vehicles cross the Tees while keeping the shipping channel below clear.
