Classical piano meets stand-up as Aidan Jones brings Chopin’s Nocturne to Stockton

Australian comedian and pianist Aidan Jones combines Chopin’s Nocturne in E-flat major with stand-up at ARC Stockton on 18 September.

Classical piano and stand-up comedy are sharing the same stool in Stockton this month when Australian comedian Aidan Jones brings Chopin’s Nocturne to ARC.

Jones grew up playing classical piano before moving into comedy. His current show brings those two parts of his life together around Chopin’s Nocturne in E-flat major, with the music threaded through a live stand-up performance.

The show comes to ARC Stockton Arts Centre on Friday 18 September at 7.30pm. ARC lists tickets at £17 including booking fee and an age guidance of 15+.

There is a content note for swearing and references to drugs. ARC also operates a companion ticket scheme where a companion is needed as an access requirement.
