Darlington Borough Council's parks and countryside team invites residents of all ages to help plant spring-flowering bulbs. Meet at the centre circle in Stanhope Park at 10am. All bulbs and equipment are provided; bring a hand trowel if you have one. No gardening experience is needed. The council's wider project aims to plant approximately 8,500 bulbs around more than 100 trees across three parks. Confirm any updates with the organiser before travelling.
