A Hartlepool stage will be handed over to local performers next month as Miss Toni’s Academy of Singing & Performing Arts returns to the Town Hall Theatre for its 2026 showcase.
Let Us Entertain You brings together students from across the academy’s singing and performing arts classes, with musical theatre, live vocals and ensemble performance forming the backbone of the show.
The first performance is at 6pm on Friday 18 September, followed by a 2pm show on Saturday 19 September. Culture Hartlepool lists a running time of three hours and 45 minutes including the interval, with standard tickets priced at £15 before the venue’s booking fee.
The academy was established in 2013 and works with students of different ages across group classes and one-to-one tuition. Its 2026 showcase is built around that breadth, giving performers at different stages of their training the chance to share the same professional theatre space.
Local showcases rarely arrive with the machinery of a touring production behind them, but they do something just as valuable. They turn months of lessons, rehearsals and small improvements into one visible moment on stage, with families and friends getting to see the work behind it.
