Boro supporters have come together for a walk built around football, memory and the people they wanted to remember.
The Alan Peacock Walk started and finished at the Riverside Stadium and took participants past familiar Middlesbrough landmarks, including the Transporter Bridge, Old Town Hall and Middlehaven Dock. Memory tags were also added at the Ayresome Park Gates before walkers completed a lap pitchside.
The event supports MFC Foundation’s health work and Dementia Action Teesside. Named after former Middlesbrough and England forward Alan Peacock, the walk creates a space where stories of loved ones can sit alongside the shared language of football.
