MoveAlways is TeesDance's free weekly dance and social programme for people aged 50+. The Brotton sessions run on Fridays from 10am to 11.30am: 4–18 September, 2 October–20 November, and 4 December 2026. Sessions use music from different eras and styles, are designed for a wide range of mobility levels and always include seated options. No previous dance experience is needed. Tea, biscuits and time to chat follow the movement session. The programme is free, funded by the Woodsmith Foundation, and is drop-in with no advance booking required.
