The Middlesbrough 10K and Ali Brownlee 5K take place together on Sunday 30 August as part of the new Middlesbrough Runs weekend. Both races start at 9.30am from Centre Square. Current listings show the 5K for ages 11 and over and the 10K for ages 15 and over, with online entry still available at the time of verification.
